Vanessa Zuber has been the Director of Employment Services for UCP of Southern AZ since 2013. She created and developed an innovative employment services program for youth and adults with disabilities called WorkAbility. Since 2014, Zuber has been on a variety of boards including the Autism Society of Southern Arizona, the University of Arizona's RSA Advisory Board, and currently the Panel of Professional Advisors for the Autism Society of America and a founding board member of the Arizona Chapter - Association of People Supporting Employment First. Zuber is involved in a variety of local projects that promote independence and self- advocacy. She chairs a Community of Practice on Transition and has a brother with autism. She is currently working on her undergraduate degree in Rehabilitation through the University of Arizona.
