I am 27 years old and live in Tucson, Arizona.  I was born in Tucson and still live in the same neighborhood that I grew up in.  I went to Tucson High where I was involved in the jazz band, basketball, and volleyball.  Unfortunately, during a senior year basketball game, I suffered a stroke.  I was in the hospital and rehabilitation in Phoenix for about a year.  However, I was able to attend college still.  I graduated with a degree in American Studies.  I came back to Tucson, bought a van, and went on a year-and-a-half long road trip through Alaska, Canada, and the lower 48.  Now I'm getting my master's degree in social work.  I'm not sure what I'd like to do with it once I graduate, but I am enjoying the classes and experience.
