I am a native Tucsonan and have lived in Tucson most of my life. I attended the University of Arizona on a wheelchair rugby scholarship in 1999-2000 but left before finishing my degree to pursue a career in sales, finance and insurance. I enjoyed a successful career in finance and insurance for ten years but decided that I’d like to do something more fulfilling. I returned to U of A in 2010 to complete my BS in rehabilitation. I enjoy outdoor activities and playing wheelchair rugby. I currently work as a job coach for people who have developmental disabilities and volunteer regularly at the Ronald McDonald House. I am on the board of directors for Global Helmet Vaccine Initiative Inc. & Asia Injury Prevention Foundation and am on the pastoral advisory council at St. Pius Church.
