My name is Fernando Paredes and I am currently a Masters degree seeking student in the Counseling program with a Mental Health and Rehabilitation emphasis here at the University of Arizona. I also serve as a Graduate Assistant for the Undergraduate Research Opportunities Consortium (UROC). This program is designed to get more first-generation and underrepresented student populations into graduate education. Overall, I am committed to the causes of diversity, equity, social justice, and mental health for all.
