Danielle M. Hallahan
Danielle Hallahan is the Program Manager for Administrative Operations, responsible for administrative oversight at the Sonoran Center for Excellence in Disabilities. Danielle enjoys developing new and informative ways to track and analyze pertinent data sets to help improve and grow the program. She has the ability see past the numbers to the encompassing convergence of different programs and studies.
Danielle spent her early career working with the Arizona Department of Corrections, culminating in nearly 20 years of administrative management, incident command system (ICS) experience, crisis intervention, and people management, as well as community engagement through her involvement in fundraising, mostly with the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics; bringing a unique perspective to the program and those she interacts with. In 2019 she sought a change of environment and transferred to the University of Arizona, quickly taking on tasks and duties throughout the College of Applied Science & Technology where she was needed and could help. Before transferring to UCEDD, Danielle was the Project Management Assistant II, working with the Dean in data analysis, project organization, emergency management, and special projects.
Danielle is an avid life-long-learner taking one class a semester at the University of Arizona. Outside of work she spends time camping with friends and family, imagine a large caravan of trailers, 4-wheelers and a lot of firewood, is an avid reader of historical fiction, and she is dedicated to ensuring her Granddaughter has a lifetime of amazing memories and adventures. Despite the fact that she will not get into the ocean past her knees, Danielle has been planning a Great White Shark Diving adventure at Guadalupe Island in the future.
