Interdisciplinary Approach to Disability in Professional Practice Intern 

I'm finishing up my last year of a Bachelor's degree in education and a second degree in English. Next year I will be starting a one-year Master's program to continue my degree in education. I'm a Tucson native, and I plan to continue working in Tucson after college. My roots run deep into the Tucson community, and our Title 1 high schools are where I plan on spending my time. I want to make a difference for marginalized students. I'm working at UCEDD to prepare for the classroom and help marginalized people with developmental disabilities along the way. My short time here has been so rewarding, and I look forward to continuing to fight for people with developmental disabilities.
