The Native Child Welfare and ICWA webinar series explores the history and significance of the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA), the ongoing challenges Native families face within the child welfare system, and strategies to uphold ICWA protections. This series aims to promote awareness and understanding while addressing key issues impacting Native children, families, and tribes, fostering a future where their rights are respected and their cultures preserved.
