Juliana Williams, Tohono O’odham graduated with a M.S. in Genetic Counseling from the University of Arizona. In this webinar, Juliana will present on her capstone project “Factors of Health: Genetic Counseling” which explores the importance of understanding the role of genetic counseling in health and in Native American communities.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand how genetics impacts health
  • Define the role of a genetic counselor
  • Discuss the importance of genetic counseling in healthcare
