Circle of Indigenous Empowerment: Disability Inclusion Training

Join us for an all-day, in-person training at Phoenix Indian School Visitor Center:
300 E Indian School Rd Phoenix, AZ 85012

Registration is required.

This is an open training for Tribal members with disabilities, family members, professional service providers, employers, organizations, schools and counselors/education representatives.

Sessions will cover:

  • Pre-Employment Services for our youth
  • State and Tribal Vocational Rehabilitation Services
  • Employers with an indigenous disability focus
  • American Indian Economic Development
  • And much more!

Lunch is generously provided by Hanger, Inc. and will feature a bonus screening of the award-winning film, Remember the Children.

 Attendees will also have access to a free, on-site vaccine clinic between 12:00 - 4:00 p.m. during the training! COVID-19 vaccines will be available, along with the flu vaccine. Bring your insurance information, but those without insurance are still welcome.
