The University of Arizona Sonoran Center for Excellence in Disabilities is a supporting partner of the Arizona Comprehensive System of Personnel Development (CSPD), an equitable and accessible early childhood personnel development system informed by evidence-based practices that strengthens all Arizona children and their families. The Arizona CSPD's mission is to have an early childhood comprehensive system of personnel development that will support a unified cross-disciplinary early childhood workforce in Arizona that serves children and families in the contexts of inclusion, access, and equity through creative and collaborative system building.
