Individualizing Transition Plans

Implementation and Application to Students in All Classrooms

Join a community of practice drawing upon key lessons learned from the UArizona Sonoran Center for Excellence in Disabilities Transition AHEAD Roundtable

About

The focus of this professional development series is to support cohort members to create an intentional, organized, holistic, and coordinated process for guiding students with disabilities to meaningful lives beyond high school. Participants will have the opportunity to explore, discuss, and apply these lessons to their students. Our initial cohort will meet monthly September 2023 through April 2024. The curriculum cycle includes eight 1.5 hour sessions. Participants are expected to attend all sessions.
