An all-day conference at the University of Arizona featuring presentations and poster/art exhibits to highlight and celebrate student, faculty, staff, and community scholars, writers, artists and activists doing work in disability studies in Tucson/Southern Arizona. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks provided.

Access & Accommodations: The conference will be held in-person at Highland Commons, and online over Zoom. All presentation materials will be made accessible to participants. The in-person event spaces are wheelchair accessible and low-scent. CART captioning and ASL interpreting will be provided for all conference events. Food & Dietary Information: Food will be provided for all in-person attendees. Vegan/Vegetarian, Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, and Nut-free options will be provided. All other allergens will be noted on food provided (i.e. corn, soy, egg, etc.)

Parking & Transportation: The closest parking garage to Highland Commons is 6th street garage. Additionally, there are several public transit options to campus. The closest buses to Highland Commons are the 3 and 109X. Other options that transport to campus are: the sun link streetcar, the 1, 6, 9, 8, 4, 5, and 15 bus routes.

Mask Policy: Masks highly recommended. Masks are not required for those for which masks are inaccessible to wear, or where it would impede communication
