I am an undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Psychology with a minor in Special Education and Family Studies and Human Development. I am passionate about my community and I love to be involved. I currently serve as President of Alpha Phi Omega, a co-ed service fraternity at the University of Arizona focused on Leadership, Friendship, and Service. In the future, I would like to work with youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities to foster independence and help them become more active in their communities. My sister participated in Sonoran UCEDD's Project SEARCH and I have seen firsthand how transition services and employment programs can benefit young adults with disabilities.
