Muraho/Jambo/¡Hola!/Salam! My name is Srishti, and I'm a junior in the Franke Honors College with a passion for systems thinking and interdisciplinary innovation. For several years, I've worked and volunteered with the International Rescue Committee, where I've frequently seen refugees - especially those with disabilities - face barriers in accessing healthcare. As a Diversity Fellow, I aim to use these experiences and my academic background to design more effective, data-driven policies and solutions that improve healthcare delivery and access.
