Interdisciplinary Approach to Disability in Professional Practice Intern 

My name is Sommer Sison and I am a senior at the University of Arizona studying Public Health with an emphasis in Health Systems, Theory, and Practice as well as pursuing a minor in Government and Public Policy. Post graduation, I hope to continue my education in law school where I am able to help fight health disparities through advocating for marginalized groups and health care policy analysis. I am eager to work with the Sonoran UCEED this academic year to gain a better understanding of the developmental disability community's needs.
