I am currently a senior at the UA majoring in Elementary and Special Education.  I am from Scottsdale and enjoy being creative, traveling, reading, and yoga.  I am heavily involved with Greek Life and on the Panhellenic Council.  I first got involved in working with people with disabilities when I began volunteering as a Special Olympics kayaking partner in Tempe.  From then on, people with disabilities found a special place in my heart.  I currently work at ArtWorks, an art therapy studio for adults with disabilities, and absolutely love it.  Being at ArtWorks makes me happy and has become my home away from home at college.  I look forward to becoming a teacher in the future and making sure that students with disabilities get all of the rights that they deserve.
