Audrey Minot was born in raised in Tucson, Arizona. Always fascinated by the human body and brain, she spent the majority of her years as an undergraduate student studying physiology here at the University of Arizona. After finding her calling as a speech-language pathologist in her senior year, she switched her major and career path and earned a Bachelor of Science in speech and hearing sciences with a minor in Spanish and physiology in 2013. She is currently pursuing her Master of Science degree in speech-language pathology here at the U of A, and will be graduating in May 2015. After graduation, Audrey plans to move to Colorado and work as a speech-language pathologist in a hospital or other medical setting. She plans to focus her time on rehabilitating adults with cognitive disorders secondary to neurological events such as stroke and traumatic brain injury.
