My name is Alyssa Gandolph and I am a senior at the University of Arizona. I am majoring in Political Science and Literacy, Learning in Leadership with a minor in Russian and Slavic Studies. I am passionate about creating educational policy to better outcomes for youth in diverse communities. My drive to help youth led me to become a Disability Policy Fellow with the Sonoran UCEDD. I am excited to expand my understanding of the issues in disability policy so that I can be a better advocate for students with disabilities. I know that my experience as a fellow will be instrumental in my pursuit to create a more equitable education for all students.
