Join us for Part 2, we will recap the key concepts of Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (C-PTSD) from Part 1 with a focus on the neurobiological impacts of complex trauma, cover intergenerational growth, and cover evidence-based, actionable wellness strategies. The session emphasizes empowering survivors and practitioners to build sustainable, daily self-care routines that promote post-traumatic growth and a deeper sense of safety.
 

Learning Objectives

  1. Differentiate C-PTSD from single-incident PTSD by examining the impact of prolonged, repeated trauma on the nervous system and core beliefs.
  2. Understand Relational Wounding: Analyze how Complex PTSD distorts emotions, self-perception and relationships.
  3. Develop a Wellness Toolkit:  an individualized self-care routine incorporating mindfulness, journaling, movement, emotional boundary setting and self-compassion.
